An English Cream dachshund can range in color from golden to a yellowish white. They will always have black noses, black eye liner, and black or self colored nails. Over the first 6 to 8 weeks, the cream color emerges form the undercoat overtaking the intital black coat. The dachshunds that lose almost all of their black overlay are called English Cream.
